Shall we Send "Telegram TO RBI " Help to solve Paypal India Fund transfer"

IF every Indians here ready then we can send mass telegram so that they can solve the problem quickly media also give importance to our problem..

Please share your opinion and give the Address so that we can send MASS telegram ,FAX etc...

I think we also send PM,President & Reserve Bank Governor etc..
