As you may be aware of the facts indian politicians have stashed billions of dollars of money which they looted from common people of india , what are some ways to find out name , address and possibly bank balance for all indians having account at swiss bank .

I don't understand, has your government requested them? The Swiss government has given lists of account holder names to the US government upon request.

 

There are many Pakistani politicians too in this list.

Money protects money and the "elites" of the world protect each others. No chance for recovery IMO.
