Nice domain with an established website on it.

You can purchase a domain only for $1000, or you can pay $1150 for the domain+the website

There is a lot of buzz around the iPad's now and a lot of people wait for them more than they have waited for the iphones a few years ago.

The one thing I am worried about is the Trade Mark... Have you thought about that?

$1000 for a trademark domain is insanity. It's worth less than reg price.

With such a structure of a domain name there can't be problems.

No. If you own a trademark, you own the plural version. This domain is not worth anything.

In theory you might be right, but in reality, do you think the owners of iphonestalk.com, planet-iphones.com, iphonehacks.com or any other had any problems? No, they did not.

    This is wrong.

ModMyiPhone which is now ModMyi had a huge backlash with Apple for that very reason.

    Exactly what Idler said.

Notice why it's ModMyi and not ModMyiPhone?

    This ^

I've had problems with TM domains before. You're best off just releasing it. Most registrars let you do that.
