Hey but when i have engaged in some work, i might forget my worries or stress but if i feel to relax i get all those troubles and problems in my life.That's why i can't get a easy sleep. MM..... till i am active here.. i think i don't need to ask a doctor
do something stupid.. like getting drunk..it will release your stress.. basically doing something different.. yelling at the top of our lung.. break something..

But these are not good ways of getting relaxed from stress i think mmm.. many suggested long breathing.. now a days.. i am trying this old method, I dunno what is the sound of porcupine ....
Stress is in your conversation.If you think it is Stress for you then It will be..so I would suggest you to concentrate in other stuff to relax.
yep....... but i have got out of the stress .... i am fine now.... but discussing on stress is not a bad one, And also this thread can help others or anyone in future, who might get stressed out... We are all here to share and discuss... that's why the forum is given...
