    well finally you got your problem solved or not. I believe hostagator and similar hosting like hostmonster such better than those that relay on email response only.


    This companies should have flexible operation system and give training to customer care person. so that they can sertve the customer. see in ur case he want you to send email then only he can do anything. instead the customer care person can be able to take the online chat request itself as authentic and to do the need full thing.:)

    I feel that the OP was mad in this conversation. It is soo simple to understand. You have 2 invoices, You paid the first one, you got the money back as it was for verification. You have the second invoice for your hosting account which is supposed to be paid anyway. You just irritated the support with your own stupidity and by posting this here brings you 1 level down in my respect list.

    Although replying to the email's is the part which is where i would say Hostgator is stupid. It should not be a thing that the customer has to reply back saying that I have paid the invoice kindly check. It is the work of the sales department to look into things as soon as they arrive.

    I agree. The process used by Hostgator may not be ideal, but it isn't that hard to understand what they are doing, and the support rep was perfectly polite and helpful all the way through. The only person looking bad from that post is the OP.

    Can you please my thread first line? This is not my chat conversation. Its my friends conversation & I paste it here. Besides, here some body comments of bed english. I have no word to say. Because, I request you to speak Hindi or bangla, how can you speak?If your mother language is not english, you never be a good speaker. I think, DP is not only for USA or UK citizen site.     my understanding is DP is for english speakers. It doesnt matter where you come from, as long as you speak proper english, people will understand you. I could be a dog or Bigfoot. It wouldn't matter unless my english is fcked up.
