    I keep hearing about Video marketing and how it is becoming increasingly important for SEO

    Can anyone give me more info
    How can I start this? What tools are recommended?
    Any good website where I can get more info

    I just use youtube. I optimize the title and the description with the keywords that I need.

    Simply pick a keyword that contains no video content in Google SERPS, create a video, create a title that is keyword optimized and a description that links back to your site. Upload, go grab a cup of coffee, come back, and you should rank. That is permitting that you are using YouTube as well.

    well get some sleep first. YouTube seems to not update most of their search results for a day, many times day 1 you can have the filename for the title til the early morning when it updates. This has been changing frequently lately which might mean the results are being heavily tested.

    With Video marketing we can dominate some high competitive keywords by proper placing of keywords in the titles and description of the videos, we often see youtube videos resulting in the search results, but here also competition is there, so with these seo activities you need to make the video to be interesting.

    With these video marketing it not only get seo benefits we can get good amount of targeted traffic..but make one thing sure always do with some unique twists to make the video..

    decent list. I would just use tubemogul.com to submit if it's bulk you're worried about. if it's a nice target you need to really find some niche video hosting website that have dofollow links like gamerstube for game videos or ehow for how to videos (i think they are do follow) then use a few top sharing sites like youtube and vimeo.

    One edit to your list, Veoh is on the verge of bankruptcy so you might need to remove that one soon.

    I learned a lot from http://www.PoweredByTrafficGeyser.com (that is not my website).

    It has a series of free information about how to use video, especially with search engines. It is worth checking out even if you don't end up buying their service.
