Yes! when i was a child I went down a grass hill on a bike. the hill didnt gently level out, it was at a sharp angle to the level ground, this meant that when the bike got to the bottom of the hill the front wheel stopped and the back wheel lifted up and threw me over the handle bars. I flew a few feet through the air and was knocked out for a few moments, this is when I had the OOBE and could see the bike and myself laying on the ground. It didnt las long but it was something I will never forget.
An out-of-body experience (OBE or sometimes OOBE), is an experience that typically involves a sensation of floating outside of one's body and, in some cases, perceiving one's physical body from a place outside one's body (autoscopy). The term out-of-the-body experience was introduced in 1943 by G.N.M Tyrrell in his book Apparitions,[1] and adopted by, for example, Celia Green[2] and Robert Monroe[3] as a bias-free alternative to belief-centric labels such as "astral projection" or "spirit walking". Though the term usefully distances researchers from scientifically problematic concepts such as the soul, scientists still know little about the phenomenon.[4] One in ten people has an out-of-body experience at some time in their lives.[5] OBEs are often part of the near-death experience. Those who have experienced OBEs sometimes claim to have observed details which were unknown to them beforehand.[6] - wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Out-of-body_experience
Yes, one time. I was at a party where something got stolen from the host, a lot of money. Everyone was just milling around and I decided to get some music on. While I was searching for stuff to play I suddenly started feeling like I was floating away from my body and hovering over the house. I went into several rooms and heard all the different conversations that were going on in all the different parts of the house. It lasted for maybe 20 minutes before I re-joined my body. It was strange and weird, but not at all scary. Left a lasting impression on me.
