Cannot create ad account, someone else is using my domain name

Hello,

I am the owner of a domain and someone else signed up and took my domain name. Please help me get setup using my own domain name or tell me who I need to talk to, as I can validate this.

Ask them to let you upload file on your host like ad.html to be sure you are the real owner of site

 

you should send a quiry to Nominet or upload any file.you can also change the password.

 

Sorry for the confusion, I did not make myself clear.

I am trying to create an account on the coop ad-network here at digitalpoint.
When I enter in my domain name, on the registration page at digitalpoint it says:
sorry that domain is already taken/in use by another account.

I don't have another account here. If there is one account that someone at our service created, I have no idea what the email address is or the username, I have tried dozens.

How can I create an account for a domain name that I own and control here?

Shawn is the only one that can help you here. He has to delete that URL from the other account. I'm not too sure if the coop is even working right now though. Check my sig for an alternative.

 

Contect with your registrar or the person (web hosting company) from where you buy the domain
