    Are the 4 pictures you have lined up of women related to the content of your website, Unique Proxy Server, or are they used to draw attention to the ads to the right? I am asking because if they are used to draw attention, I would try women that are showing a little more skin. On the other hand, I do like the icons you are using on the other side.

    I am using firefox 1.5 and I see the same thing, the left ad box is not aligning with the pictures.

    you only need 2 pictures for the google ads (not 4)

    try putting the ad link at the top

    Your site is a mess. Also, pictures of girls can be considered "undue attention," which can be grounds for expulsion from the AdSense program.
