I am searching for the easiest business idea online to make a regular income. I am a web developer. I actually want to develop the site myself and want it to be least time to be invested an run the business. Any good idea?

Might be a stupid answer, but I think the easiest way to make money is to find something you really like, cause in the end, unless you develop a super cool unique script that nobody else can copy, you're going to have to put in constant work into the project. Web hosting, job boards, real estate sites are all profitable - I've tried them all and had some success, but the minute I stopped putting in energy, they went to hell. Today, I just stick with niches and ideas that I actually enjoy, and it turns out those come back with the most profit.
