Rules Been a member for months and have 25+ posts. Why can't I make a BST thread?

    Joined in December, I've had 25+ posts for a few days. No red feedback. Why can't I create a thread in BST? It's clearly been more than 14 days since I've joined.

    I think the 14 days are counted after u make 25 posts.
