Google Pagerank Update coming closeby.... what are UR preparations ?

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know that Google updates its pagerank every three months. Also I have seen that they do update it on Saturdays or Sundays....

I have started my prepairations and expect to get a good pagerank. Tell me about your prepairations and expectations......

 

I'm not sure what kind of preparation a person should do?
I don't do nothing and don't expect nothing = the easiest way to be always happy and especially considering the PR not that relevant.
Let's see what others say about the preparation part.

 

I do nothing in "preparation". I simply continue to write fresh content, do ongoing keyword research, and spend some time (not a lot) getting backlinks. Some years ago I focused a lot on my website's PR. Nowadays I hardly give it a moment's thought. I'm too busy working on the website content. PR (for what it's worth, or not worth) will take care of itself.

 

I noticed that google update pagerank almost every end of the month.. i don't do any preparations since i focus more on my SERP rankings..

 

Why does anyone do anything in preparation for a PR export???? Its a waste of time!

Google update PR internally and factor this into the ranking algorithm on a daily basis. They export an historical snapshot of this internal PR to the toolbar every 3-4 months - how can doing anything in preparation for this export achieve anything?

 

I'm going to do the same thing I do every night, Pinky, try and take over...

No. No plans. Just going to continue writing solid original content regularly, and hopefully even entertain a few people.

It's been working so far. Google seems to pop by and index my posts often, so it's a decent relationship.

 

If you are working good and with best ethical search engine optimization tricks and tips then there would be no reason to think about the google PR updation.

I also dont do any special preparation. Only to get more backlinks and add more fresh content when google is going to update PR.

 

PR is losing importance. Google is too busy buzzing about Buzz (Pardon the pun).
The new buzzword is BuzzRank

 

for PR regularly make submissions on major search engines it helps your site to make a continuous ranking of your site on google,yahoo etc. I think no previous preparation is required for PR... it is a general regular practice of keywords, and summations.......

Just continue focusing on your SERP rank more and when the PR updates comes you can expect a nice surprice, if not then the world does not ends there

 

Well , I have no intersted in PR but SERPs.

 

i also don't know which types of preparation u are telling so please tell me if you have best work then google will give u best PR so do a quality work and get quality backlink it will be help you more. and if you are doing additional preparation so please show me if it will be help ?

 

page rank is pretty but i care more about serps

 

The only way I care about that little green bar on the Google toolbar is when I'm checking out my competitor's websites.
I find it totally funny to see that they have a higher PR than me, yet are ranking lower in the SERPs for the same keyword(s).
Which goes to show that PR isn't really that important.

Other than for the giggles, pagerank doesn't mean anything to me.

 

We stocked up piles of dry and canned food, lots of tools, vegetable seeds and are ready for it !

 

I agree with you Jim, I always write fresh content and also doing keyword research. My site PR still ok until now
