give the guy a break he/she's new and is just 2 posts old.. prob stumbled upon this forum while searching for PayPal solutions...

@freeshead - by thread we mean this entire discussion board on the topic "Withdraw to India ..............." it has all posts from DP members who have been struggling with the PayPal problem for some 20 or more days now and we're all trying to find a solution. You can at least go through the last 4-5 pages and will find ample info about check withdrawals and member's concerns and experiences. BTW welcome to DP.. it's one of the best things that happened to me online :D

okay let's not bicker - @freeshead and salaxar.
@freeshead try to concentrate on the topic and don't take offence , our friend salaxar here has been posting important information all along (like so many of our good DPers) and everybody is irritated about this PayPal problem:( . The matter of the point is that RBI also wants to see dollars and not rupees LOL :D

What is so important about 10th March? Any reason why the policy updation has to take place only on that date and not earlier!

    Hi friends
Any news or Update on Paypal ?
I don't think Paypal and RBI talking this and us (Indians) Seriously. All of we need to Call and Asked to RBI first about the situation and Resolution. Atleast we can ask them to release Current fund to bank account which are stacked with Paypal. due to we all are facing paypal withdrawal problem.
I like to share RBI's Phone Number with you so if possible please call them and get clarified

i called the RBI complaints cell. I have lodged a complaint against R.B.I. I want all the affected people to call and complaint against R.B.I’S foolishness. The phone numbers are available now.

If i am only who call RBI then definitely they will not listen. but all of we (Who are facing problem) will call and request them then might be they will listen and take appropriate Action

In the event of the complainant not getting a reply within a period of 35 days or his not being satisfied with the reply received, he may write to Shri G.Jaganmohan Rao, Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Customer Service Department, 1st Floor, Amar Building, Perin Nariman Street, Mumbai 400 001.
