How much does my site cost?

I want to sell my website but not sure how much does it cost. Anyone who has experience to sell website can help me.

My website has PR2, 3 months old, alexa 366,366, about 300 visitors a day.

How much revenue does it generate? What is the site made of? Custom made?

 

I am using wordpress with thesis theme. $5/day from adsense, I think it would make more once I put more adsense ads on my site.

 

I doubt it would sell for very much. $5 a day isn't bad, but without a strong track record of earnings (like 6-12 months,) buyers most likely won't be willing to give you the "10x monthly revenue" standard a lot of people mention.

If the site is growing, keep it for a while, and it will probably sell for much more later.

It's worth what the buyer will pay. Most set up an auction and either take it or leave it.

Before you sell it you should fix your 468 banner it is not displaying properly in firefox.

hmm, I doubt it'll sell for $100, it's new, may be you should work more on it

 

as it is new , you will not get what it deserves, it is better to use it for another 1 year and then sell it for really high price.

 

If you get to the point where you can show rev stats for 3-6 months and they are consistent, then you can think about selling. Build the site up a min and it'll improve your chances of getting a good sale price.
