    Hello,

I am looking everywhere and cannot find this information.

How much does cost a single targeted opt-in email (sex, age, preference, zip code) if I have a list of prospects (potential buyers) in a specific industry, like hybrid cars ?

thanks, please give me some examples of industry price rates?

Your either going to want a valuation on the record for rent or purchase.
Generic cost of an email record would starting somewhere near $0.0075 per record per month.

If your trying to sell the records flat out well that's another story most marketers would want to test a small section before they give you a bid. (small test is 5k - 10k records.)

It's not the information that's valuable but instead how active your users are in terms of what types of behaviors they exhibit.

normally you are renting a list of emails.. list owner normally do not sell them out right.. if you spam them.. the list will lose value...by renting you sponsor a campaign with list owner, and they carry your messages to their targets..plan on spending around 1 cent per email recipient

1 cent I don't think this is the real value.
I want to sell emails to garage owners (hybrid cars) from people that want to buy a car and who register theirselves as buyers on my site.
If I have a potential buyer who want to buy a 20 000 dollars car, I think its value is more than 1 cent !

    I have 2 solutions:
-rent and send myself emails but I need a hosted solution ; what is best? aweber?
-or I sell targeted emails to these garage owners so that they do themselves the email marketing. In this case the email has much more value

So with these infos, do you still think it's 1 cent for prospects..??

    thanks,

your list is worth more now you mention the industry you are in... car buyer lead is worth a lot ... new car dealers would love to sponsor a newsletter to your list... and garage owners as you said too.. also finance and insurance company..

Do you have an idea of price of a prospect ?
If a garage owner want to contact potential buyers at 140 miles or less from where they are, how much is it worth?
several dollars I guess? or still under 1 ?

several dollars an email?? no way.. try think about it in cents.. how about 50 cents for hightly targeted..

think about it, 1000 emails costs $500 if you sell them at 50 cents each.. what return would you expect out of the emailing?

hum ok so an email is not really worth money if I haven't tons
and this is impossible in highly targeted industry :-(
so If I would have telephone and postal address it would be more valuable?

I think it certainly depend upon the market. The leads are sold a different prices as leads from medication industry will be sold at higher rates compared to one of that of grosary buyers.!!! There is no one that can give you specific rates but you can contact those who needs this and then you can get negotiations possible!!
