Help me come out from Stress.

  1. #1
    Suddenly just before an hour i got more stressed , why i don't know. I just got a letter from my previous office asking me to produce the ID card etc. This is a simple one.. but i feel very stressed, and i can't sleep. I have thought what i can do.. so just came before my pc and asking you all. Do you ever felt like this, getting stressed unknowingly or without any proper reason. Is this any abnormal activity ?

    My friends ? I have spoke with my girl friend.. but i spoken harsher and she went to sleep. Here in India it is 10.46PM. And my friends near my residence are n/a as they were working in call center and might be returning home. Now i just began reading threads here and helping something to the community here... i feel better.

    Would suggest you to stop logging on to your computer for next 2 days. Stop all useless activities. Take time out for gardening, meditation, lestening to music, spend time with family etc. Have fun! No point in being stressed.

    I would suggest you to take some good sleep and go out and enjoy the nature or anything that you like most.

    Thank you for your suggestion lol...
    It is really a great difficult thing to be without logging in my computer and it is not possible at all for 2 days lol.... And also i have committed for some works through online. So definitely i can't stay away from Computer. But i like gardening and it is not easy right now as my residence is not comfortable for gardening. I know little medetation and i can do it early morning, And now i am listening some rocky songs which making me to dance on my chair... and browsing Dp. And i wont stay more close with my family members.... Ya to have fun i am downloading a new game to play in my PC.

    Am not selling anything ... freelancing and link building.. so it is not possible to stay away from computer, already two days i didn't work properly as my system got locked. 2mrw i have Kitkat and no break:) now the shops are closed and no kitkat in home
    Yes, but i have mobile net, so i can be in touch with DP, but the mobile is 120X160 display so it is not comfortable to use it to browse Dp, so i be logged in DP lol...

    Physical activity such as walking is a great way to begin dealing with stress.
    Deep breathing exercises will help as well. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds and then exhale slowly. Try this in repetitions of 10 and see if that will help.
    Physical activity will naturally cause your body to rid itself of some of the triggers that bring on stress.
    You may also try reading or some other activity that will take your mind away from whatever sources are causing the stress. Do something that you enjoy.

    Always make an effort to breathe - fill your lungs with air and slowly exhale, do this 20x a day and you'll feel better and more relaxed...Try exposing yourself to the sun so you can have vit D. Drink lots of water and eat healthy food. Smile more... Laugh more...get 8 hours of sleep...

    Yes, am doing what i enjoy... listening to my favorite musics and i love gaming.. currently no games in my pc, as i formated , i have backup vice city like that, but i got bored playing them many times, so now downloading a new one.
    And i think as you said physical activities definitely helps in relieving stress than sitting at one place idle makes more stress.. i have experienced it...

    here it is 12.13 am and i have to wait for 5 hrs min to get the early sun rise rays...:) just kidding...
    Ya i am a great laugher and make many to laugh and enjoy my presence... And i don't have more sleep, i don't know from my childhood time also i won't be sleeping more.. But really this thread and DP helps me feeling better..

    just relax, positive thingking, and always be confidence people, and take in your mind that you can do everything in your life, but dont lie into yourself to ask someone if you cant do something, always share your problem with your close friends

    I always try to put things in perspective. No matter what you're doing, it's you volunteering your time. Work is at-will, if you don't like your job, you can do something else. If you don't like your girlfriend, you can replace her... if you don't like your life, you can change it.
