Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Xoom stopped only Indian paypal users transferring money to India,

So you can ask your clients/friends to send money direct to xoom.

Or if you have money in paypal, send this to someone outside India and ask them to transfer through xoom, you need a reliable friend and loss more money as paypal and xoom commisions.

better option is to wait and receive your paypal checks.. what i think of 20 days is fine, you should plan your finances well.

if you are satisfied with credit card money.. add a credit card in paypal and withdraw to it.


if you are thinking of long term business in net,
change your paypal account to business account or create a new business account in a business name and link it to a current account(i think in future paypal will allow payments to current accounts only), add credit cards and your tax id in paypal.

 

@psych - could you pls outline what I need to do to withdraw to CC? And anybody knows the min and max limits per withdrawal and net withdrawal per month ??

 

PayPal does not offer any services in India . Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all the applicable laws in the countries in which they transact

I withrdrew using the HDFC VCC (credit withdrawal option) last week and I still have not received the money in my account and neither it is in my paypal account, and in paypal it shows as completed! I wonder what would have happened, heard that many here have tried it and got the fund, how long does it really take to get the money in the HDFC account, can someone shed light on this, i am concerned!

 

O M G . This is the last straw !! How can they post such an irresponsible statement. Could anybody pls quote that with the link and send that to Farhad ? and the regular customer care. I do not have anything to do with ebay so I may find it hard to explain stuff .

You only need to sign in and write account details at back of cheque .Company seal is not required in case you have company current account.cheques are same as adsense cheques and I am submitting them like for 5 years.also used paypal cheques sometimes.They came at strange speed.sometimes in 10 days and some times in 40 days.

I have been doing a lot of thinking and found a good solution to get the paypal funds into our bank account legally. First withdraw the funds to your visa credit card, then open a moneybookers account (if not already opened) and upload funds to your moneybookers account using the same visa credit card where the funds have been withdrawn. Moneybookers charges only 1.9% fee to upload funds to your moneybookers account. (still lot less than other illegal methods) and then withdraw those funds from your moneybookers account to your bank account. It will only take 4-5 days to get the funds from your moneybookers account to your indian bank account. moneybookers send the money in euros using bank wire (Rs 115 fee) so its never a problem with RBI...good luck everyone!!

This is pretty correct, because Ebay India uses "PaisaPay" and not Paypal..
The statement you quote signifies that "Ebay India has no association with Paypal" and that's fine..

Paypal offers it's services in India.. We can make sure about that because this is mentioned on Paypal's site itself.. (India is in supported countries)

 

Yes . great Idea - commission/fee losses right left and center but what's better than getting the money right I just hope this doesn't fizzle out like xoom

 

but for me no way left to withdraw mean my money is now in air. withdraw request 15 day ago status completed not received yet (not surprise). Not reversed to my paypal account that' why worried. is there any one whose money is also in air.

 

Damn, this is so frustrating. I requested few withdrawals lat month and they arrive fine. Requested a couple of them last week values in $XXXX but still not received in my bank yet as others.

My main concern is the reversal of payments! I use e-junkie and have been receiving 100s of 99$ payment for my auto blogging software. Not sure if e-junkie uses servie type of payments and I cannot go behind 100s of my customers asking to buy again as that would be awkward more than being just a painful task

Okay I don't know how this will solve the PayPal problem, but please if any of you are using a Moneybookers account also (or know somebody who does), then please tell whether the bank withdrawals from MB are working. and if yes then how are they different from PP/XOOM, that they are still being allowed by RBI. May help us find a permanent solution that doesn't get banned again by RBI

 

Is it possible to verify my MB account using Debit Card? I have Axis bank Debit Card.

 

Same problem guys even i request to withdraw money to my bank account on 6 of this month n on 8 of this month i got the message on my paypal account that transaction is completed but i havn't got payment in my bank account, i thought it takes 3 or 4 more days to transfer the fund into my bank account but havn't got any money then i send a mail to paypal customer care they reply back with this ..

You just need to add a credit card to your account. IF your account already has one then just go to the option of withdraw money to CC. There's a $5 fee. Also there's a daily withdrawal limit of $500. You'll get the money to your CC within 3 days.
