    Not interested in knowing the age of someone specific, but the average age. In a certain forum it was a surprise to find that most people was above 40.
    And if someone doesn't want to tell their age, he/she doesn't have to :)

    And I forgot to tell that one day I saw an active poster at a forum, a retired man who learned a few years ago how to design illustrations at the computer, and is 84 years old. Do you believe that I was really happy to see that? It's nice to see people who can adapt to new realities, never giving up.

    No, no. He is an active man, that even do wood works. Most people their age just want to relax, and do nothing, so I think it's an inspiration to see some his age wanting to learn more and more, not afraid of these computer technologies.

    I see some senior people even afraid of using an ATM machine, much less learning how to do computer illustration, and with good results!

    Yep. I agree. My mum is on her own (Dad died in June) now. She's 77 and has a PC for the first time in her life. Doing simple things but I thought I would never see the day. :)

    My sympathies...

    I really think that it's great, even if they are simple things. For more than 15 years I tried to make my Mother use a computer, but to no avail... looking at it is already rare :)
    But with VOIP, I'll convince her... why am I frying my brains on the cellphone, when I can speak and see the persons on the computer? And for free!

    After a few minutes of polling, we already have some nice stats!

    I will be 30 in just over a weeks time!
    When I was 25, I said I'd be a millionaire by the time I'm 30.
