    hi

I have a personal account. i just got two incoming payments and in both of them there were no "processing fees" charged.
i confirmed this same scene with one of my indian friend also. can anyone share their experience? Are fees being deducted for incoming payments in India for personal accounts?

    Any opinions?

I have Premier Account. I had all payment reversed in 1st week of February which I received in 1st week. Out of which some had 4% fees charged and some has not. But after 7th february I received some payments and the fees charged in same way some has 4% and some NIL but NON of the transaction reversed yet.

Yes it's correct and it will be valid till 10th March 2010, once new policy will apply, we have to pay fees on all payments! So enjoy PayPal for few days without fees.;)
