I constantly hear about article writers writing 100+ articles on a long-tail keyword niche for an adsense website that they submit to EZ, but how on earth do they come up with that many topics to cover? Anyone who can help will be my best friend
They are affiliates for a slew of high-commish products. They write between 5-15, or so, articles a day. It's not hard to come up with subjects to talk about when you are trying to sell so many products.
A lot of writers also "spin" their articles, or re-write / adjust their existing content to make it search engine friendly. More and more search engines index more and more pages, which leads to higher # of backlinks and subsequently better rankings down the road. But that's just one way. Another way is to hire writers to do this for you, and it saves you a lot of time once you're on that level of needing 100+ articles a day. For instance, it's not uncommon for people to even hire researchers to work for them. Best of luck to 'ya.
That's right writer spin the same article over and over again and they will writer article about the affiliate programs. Based on the requirement of the program then write the article. once you start writing articles even you will come many more topics. wish you good luck.
I do believe in urge to do more but when it comes to Adsense, creativity is irrelevant to website owners but keywords.
Yeah but I've seen some people with some really specific niche websites like for instance 'wood picture frames' ( not a real example, but it could very well be one ). How can you find so much to write about this, without 'spinning' articles? Cheers
it is like asking how someone thought of inventing a lightbulb.. either they got the idea from somewhere and twist it .. or they just have the thought about it..
Wood picture frames... - different effects from different types of woods against different types of picture/colour etc. 1 article for each combination. - care of wooden frames - different woods might need different types of care, so multiple articles emerge... - techniques in construction of wooden frames... - hanging frames... - pricing strategies... - selling strategies... - equipment needed for frame making... - painting/decorating wooden frames... - other uses for wooden frames (mirrors/installations) - artistic effects with wooden frames - secrets hidden by/in/behind wooden frames - how to transport/ship/pack/dismantle wooden frames - disposing of wooden frames - mass production of wooden frames - frames as art works in themselves I could continue. But I do not have a second minute to spare on the exercise.
I would tell you what I do normally. There are two methods: 1) Curiosity: Go and put the main keyword on Google, and search for relevant sites which are having informational stuff. Search for some relevant titles on these sites. If possible read the basic article, describing the topic, about what, when, how, where, which, etc. Once you are done with this, I think there will be a lot of curiosity in your mind to know about different aspects related to the niche. You can make your titles without the help of search engine. This is the technique I use to generate titles, which often catch people's attention as the title would be targeted at solving some curiosity related to the niche. 2) Keyword Title - Now, this is a very simple method if you know how to do keyword research. Go to Google keywords tool and search for the keywords in your niche. You can use 2-3 different keywords together to make a title, but keep it natural rather than keywords stuffed. Thanks
It is quite possible as David Hurley pointed out. But in practice, most of those articles are spins and exercises in rewording, repetition and bloating the content via useless/unnecessary/irrelevant information/wording.
Quite true. I used to belong to this service that traded blog posts. The posts I was getting were pure gobbledygook. They didn't make sense and I lost a lot of readers because of it.
You'd have to spin... but knowing nothing about it I can think of several, including an article on each of the types of woods, the methods for matting, how the fastener thingies are attached, the kinds of glass, matting... you see what I'm doing? I'm taking a picture frame apart in my mind and every piece of it and every variable is a potential article, truly.
Hi Anne, That's good - you just added some new suggestions to my list of ideas. And that in turn suggests to me that "two heads are better than one" so if you get stuck for ideas, find someone who you can do a brainstorming session with to generate new ideas.
look at another article directory and steal the ideas, not sure how they do, but this one should work
That's quite easy. "how to lose weight", "what can you do to lose weight", "5 tips for weight loss" etc Just change the title a bit, rearrange the keypoints, use 1st person, 2nd person and 3rd person, and rewrite a few words here and there. You can have 20 articles with the same research.
