Rules I cant understand why ! please can any mod or admin read ?

Sorry guys, I dont want to generate any type of problems in the forum, but I think that you should review the way you implement the rules.

I made a post advertising my hosting company, and i clearly stated that :


Host almost any type of website except:
Proxies, Rapidleech, Torrent applications, scam, phishing or child pornography.

We will foward any DMCA complaint to you ! We won't close or suspend your account!

please, tell me where is the infraction ???????

Mods told me that I was breaking USA LAW ! I dont get the point...I never advertise illegal hosting, or any other product that is forbidden by United States LAW.
I clearly stated that Phishing, SCAM, Child POrnography is not allowed.
Torrents are legal in USA and also rapidleech hosting, but we dont allow them on our servers.

If what youre refering to is about warez, I NEVER POST A HOSTING PLAN OFFERING WAREZ HOSTING, LINKING OR ANY RELATED.

Can someone explain me this please ?

Are you saying that for a hosting company to be allowed to advertise on DP, they must take action on all DMCA or other legal action themselves (ie. an account ban/suspension), rather than forwarding the proceedings to the client responsible?

 

By advertising the fact that they won't, they're essentially allowing those services to go un-checked, so no, they shouldn't be advertising it here.

 

FYI I reported you to Google to see what they made of this as the fact you included certain words, to me flagged up you wanted to be found for them.

Maybe that was innocence on your part - I have no way of knowing and so leave it in Googles hands as to whether you are indexed or found for such things and I trust in their discretion as I don't know what goes on RE IM's and private messages.

I will say something didn't sit right with me and perhaps you can offer some defensive argument OP but something rang some alarm bells with me, so you can explain why this was so?

 

Revelations-Decoder I wont sleep tonight because you reported me to google. In fact google is not the center of the universe as you think. If google bans my domain I dont care, because google visitors are not the first income source I have. Moreover It only takes 20 mins for a lawyer to write a note quoting a few laws and as soon as google`s legal department revices the letter they take actions. In 90% of the cases they unban the domain and sends an apologize letter, thanks to an English guy that did it in 2004 for the first time.

I dont know or understand about SEO or keywords or anything related, so really I dont know what youre talking about when you say that "I included certain words". I mean, I know wich words youre refering to but never did that on porpouse. The only thing I know about SEO is that the only way to get a good position in google is to use black-hat methods or illegal methods according to google like buying links in high pagerank sites.

My objective is not to provide Warez hosting or warez linking hosting, if not an offshore hosting service. I think that i respected and followed all the Digital Point rules and I always learnt from my mistakes and correct my posts.

I never had legal assistance in My hosting biz, but for sure in a couple of hours my partner will get in touch with his lawyer in Texas and I will do the same In my country to modify our TOS and shild our website.

Is complete and utter tosh matey.

In fact the complete opposite is true. Google like most of the top search engines want surfers of the web to find quality search results that have no Black Hat methods involved as good solid white hat is actually the most effective and you have been very mislead if that is what you believe.
