    Hi,

I have a previous Paypal frozen and now I have a new Paypal but isnt frozen.

It is possible to use Prepaid Visa cards to verify Paypal?

    Here is my AIM:

    • Take cash out of the card
    • Put cash in the card
    • Verify with Paypal

Does the name of the prepaid card have to match the Paypal account holder name?

    I need some URGENT advise.

Don't think so, i'm not sure but prepaid visa is not named and it does not support online payments so you cannot verify paypal account with this. But it's not 100%.

    For 100%
you can not add or/withdraw funds from PP

If its US PP, simon's will help you to verify. just verify.. but not useful as us pp needs a bank verification too.

    Thanks
