I want to start creating a newsletter. I have feed burner but I can't figure out how to locate the email address of those who have subscribed. Does anyone know how?

I think I might need to add a place where people cans sign up for a newsletter by email. How would I go about doing this?

Also, can I add an auto responder to blogger? If so, how? (one that is free).

I think it will be better for you to subscribe to paid autoresponders, because free ones often does not offer the broadcast capability.

If you want a cheaper alternative than Aweber or GetResponse, you can try Norabots.

Do you mean they limit the number of people you can send it to? If not then explain?

"Free" is often limited and might not serve you best in the long run! - But it is tempting to start with!

Broadcast means to send an email to your whole list at once. For a free one to get you started you can look at
http://www.response2-0.com/free/ . There are some limitations but like I said it may get you started. And yes you can do broadcasts there.

Hmmmm. People who take an RSS feed from your site do not have to give an e-mail address do they?

What you should do is get an autoresponder (and if you are on a budget, I would recommend ShoutResponse as a good alternative to the 'big 2') and use it to create an opy-in box so people can enter their details in this form to subscribe to your newsletter.

I don't think you can or should get their email addresses. They didn't sign up for your newsletter. What you can do once you get the auto responder set up is either write a short post about your new newsletter and let them know why and where to sign up for it or put a short reminder at the end of each of your posts. Then hopefully they will see it in their newsreader and come sign up on their own.
