Verifying PayPal India Account

Can I get my PayPal India Premier account verified since PayPal make 2 transaction in bank account as verifying process and these days they are having trouble transferring money in Indian accounts. Has somebody verify his account since all the trouble begin.

I also wanted to know the procedure of changing Email Address of PayPal Account and Is there any limitation on Sending, Receiving and Withdrawing payment after verifying PayPal India Premier Account.

 

Right now there are only 2 options left for verifying and that are vcc or credit card. I too want to verify my a/c and i did the bank process on 6th feb but still no deposit. And as far as email changing is concerned than that you can change by clicking on add/edit email on the profile tab and add a new email and make it as primary.

 

The bank verification will face issues as paypal is having issues with RBI

 

Would I be able to accept payment from New Email ID using this method.

 

yes ofcourse, but make sure you make that email ID as primary.

 

I don't think so.There is no need to make that email ID as primary.you can still get the money

When we can expect to receive funds in bank accounts from PayPal, so I can verify my account. Is there any word on this problem.
