    this is a very highly targeted niche.

    with some hosts paying upto 110$ for a 44$ worth of purchase, there is really good money to be made in this niche. ( hostgator pays upto 125$ for 10$ worth of purchases)

    site is running on a special web hosting review script.

    Assume no revenue yet, since i just added it all.

    i am selling this site because i need urgent money for a couple of things

    site is at number 1 or 2 ( depending on which google server you hit) so it should make you a nice revenue stream ( even if you dont sell anything you can still make 5$ from 000webhosts for referring FREE customers or adsense ads ( 1-5$ a click) i havent' added them yet.

    this is a ZERO maintenance site

    well i just acquired it on my server, but unfortunately i need cash for something else right now, that is why i am letting this one go for now.

    so for now, assume no traffic or revenue, since i dont' have proof of any.
