If i have only $30 in my paypal account (Fully verified) and i get asked (Claim/Dispute) for refunds from a digital product (Which the buyer will obviously win) .... Will my account go in to negative balance? OR will the money come straight from my bank account if i have my credit card attatched? And if my balance goes negative, how long do i have to pay it off?

Click on Resolve Post note : Post email u sent them >> and with Fullheaders so they must belive that u really sent them stuff How long time back u sold ur digital procudt ? its 60 days passed ? when they paid u , Paypal sent you notification of payment received .,, is it showing in address Protection iligiable or Enligiable? If it is real what you have sold and you do as already posted here you have a good chance to win, however, as you say most often PayPal is going to refund the money to the buyer...
Your balance may become negative of the buyer claims a refund when you have already withdrawn the funds, Then PP will limit your account and ypu will to pay the amount you owe PP/
