    you will only get payed if you sent real good traffic to them. I had bad experience with them. But I think a lot people have been paid by them cause they did sent good quality traffic.

    Friendfinder.com is a legit program. To get paid, you should follow their terms. If you are promoting their CPL offer then I think you must get 1 lead per 20 clicks and 1 sale per 25 leads. If you opt for revenue share then no issues at all.

    Yes, its not mandatory to put the banner on your site. You can also promote direct text link from friendfinder.com through mailer or PPC activities.
