I was thinking the same till today afternoon But from my experience today, we can add CORP Bank Debit card.
Try yourself if you have a CORP Bank Debit card. Anyway you will not lose anything by trying. I could add, but I didn't try withdrawals.
You can add any debit card that you have in your paypal a/c. Its not necessary that it should be of certain bank. I have added my canara bank debit card and its been 3 months. And i can withdraw funds to my debit card as info shows in paypal when you go to the add/edit credit card option. Then whats new?? You dont need only corp bank debit card. You can add any debit card but it must have visa, master or american exp logo on it i think so i am nt sure.
Just added a CORP VISA DEBIT CARD and withdraw $100 a few minutes ago, 'll let you know soon if its works.... --cheers

hey i am also an indian i am not suffering from anytype of problem i withdraw some $ to my CC and bank account and i hv received the fund and i am also able to receive money from cleints
You can't verify your pp from indian debit card its 100% true but you can withdraw (may be)....these are two things you want verify your account or you want to withdraw your money through your debit card...understand what i mean..?
ok got it...i felt it is neccesary to have the debit card verified before making withdrawal...thanks ! do let us know if withdrawal works...
Friend the disscussion over this debit card issue will never end. I dont know why people cant understand simple things that debit card can be used to withdraw funds but cant be used to verify pp. Its that simple.
If corporation is working than big heads like hdfc,icici,axis what happen to them I think Corp bank is not registered with RBI
can you please explain it a little bit more............. And I sent all the money back to my client and asked him to try wire transfer, so right now I can't try the withdrawal part (to the debit card I added).
Uncle din sent money back to their client because he want to check that wire transferr works in india or not....i hope u got it sst
I sent the money back to my client (from PP) and asked him to do a wire transfer through SBI instead - as SBI have overseas branch in his country. So my balance in PP is USD 0.55 or so ! And I could not try withdrawal to Corp Bank Debit card - even though I could add the card to PP successfully. Hope it is clear now.
