How much revenue for 800 visitors per day?

I am getting almost 800 visitors/ day from search engines alone. But harldy makes around $2. Do you think it is ok. I am using only adsense for monetization. Can I increase it to $5 using some other monetization methods.

What is your niche? how about adsense CTR? 2$ is way too little from 800 visitors.

It's mostly about gadgets. Though the site is having other topics too. However the content is more in gadgets and traffic too if for the posts on gadgets. CTR is way too low at less than 1 %.

800 Visitor per day is good but only 2$ is very bad. I think change your way to adsence. And try to another internet marketing services.

    Thanks

It depends what your visitors are looking for.

If they come looking for apples and you give them apples they might be satisfed and leave. But then if they come looking for apples and find bananas they might get a little peeved and leave. Try giving your visits half an apple and then have adsense at the bottom of the article. Maybe they will click looking for the other half of the apple if a good ad shows up.

$2 a day is still $60/month, And your seo should grow and grow if you don't spam it too much ;)

    Just advising.

One half to one percent, slightly more or less, of a site's visitors click on ads, so do the math to know that is indeed pretty close to being average.

Maybe you could post your website link for us to view so we can determine what went wrong.

    It could be due to:
    - not optimized ads placement
    - too many links, readers got lost and exit without clicking on your ads

you can add related cpa offers to them

Don't try and CPA ads, they really don't work well especially with only 800 uniques. That's still some good traffic, but not enough to capitalize on any CPA. Try some popular CPM networks or good PPC networks like AdSense, PubCenter, etc

It seems most visitors are not interested in your content, you may improve or change your site's content

Try to add some affiliate programs like amazon and the likes. Review some gadget with an affiliate link embedded.

$2 a day is very low for adsense. I think you can add amazon affiliate links for the gadgets type of blog that you are having, that way if somebody buys gadget through your refereal link you may get paid for it.

I recently tried CPALead on one of my sites. The upside - you make more money than adsense...The Downside - its harder to promote your site as people will not use word of mouth because they have to complete surveys. I would experiment with it but I didn't have that great of an experience with it.

What type of website do you have? Maybe trying infolinks will help.
