Adsense Payout Confused when

I am currently anew user of adsense, I'm just confused when will I get my payout since my friend told me that if I reached the minimum payout of $100 before this month I'll be cashing it out the end of this month..

just want to clear little bit. so if i got more than $100 in february i will get payment in april???? i was thinking, i will get it in first week of march? may be i am wrong. this is my first earning in february so not sure...
