1k views a day is not alot for getting alot of sales. You need MUCH more. You might take a look at the keywords you are ranking top in and if not work on this first. Use google tool to check out the exact amount of traffic google reports for your targeted keyword. Then, you can use the same tool to get suggestions both for your exact website and also for WHAT YOU THINK your keywords are. You need to have exact information to get what you want. Then check your competition and make sure your keywords are reachable for your website. Go to the google search bar and enter in pages: "Keyword" Make sure you use the " " and put your exact keyword between them. The number that google gives on the top of the page will be exactly how many webmasters are competing for that keyword. You want to choose keywords where the competition is less than the traffic and you want to choose reachable keywords, maybe around 20,000 up to about 50,000 in traffic a month. Then optimize your site properly for this and check densities against competitors. Check out the number of backlinks your competitors have and then make sure you exceed that so you can reach top for that keyword. Onsite issues: if I were in the market to purchase, there is nothing to make me want to hunt through everything so motivating factor like - maybe a 'hot' only $1.00 today when purchasing a regular priced one or something like you see at the grocery store. What motivates you to buy? The same things motivate your buyers. Or an idea is all buyers on our website will be entered into a drawing on December 1 and receive ________ just for being our customer this year. Please make sure we have your proper name, address and phone number. You could give away 2 videos. Or maybe contact a gambling casino in LA and give away 5 nights in their hotels in exchange for marketing their casino on your website and the ideas go on and on. You just need some motivation which I didn't see. It seemed bland to me. Be creative though and think up something not everyone else is doing. Good Luck.

Don't have much experience running an adult site But I think you could try one of those pop-up ads that show up at the browser bottom-right corner (Gal says something like - "hey i notice you are from <your area, based on your IP>. Wanna chat?")! I have seen advertisers here on DP looking for sites like yours. All the best!
Try offering some free stuff.....you have a better chance to get repeat customers and eventually convert to sales.
