I have for sale http://www.watchironman2.net. This site runs on Wordpress using the Thesis theme from DIYThemes. If you don't own a Thesis license, you'll need to buy one before buying this site. (or before I transfer it to you) I can also switch this site over to a theme of your choice before transferring.

Right now the site gets around 3,000 unique's a month. However, all of this traffic is extremely targeted, and about 95% is from Google, via SEO methods.

I had 5 articles that were professionally SEO written for me by using an excellent writer that I use. 3 of these articles have been posted. This means that I have 2 more waiting to be posted.

In addition, the actual Iron Man 2 movie is not out yet. Therefore, I have not posted any links to the actual movie. All of the content on the site is my original works, and therefore as it sits, it is legal. However, I am not responsible for what you do once you purchase this website from me.




I have performed a ton of link building on this site, and it clearly shows. Right now, this site ranks No. 1 on Google for "Watch Iron Man 2 Online".




This site also ranks No. 1 for several other keyword variations including "Watch Iron Man 2". For those of you in the movie-site biz, you know this is pretty much the highest searched keyword. ("Watch #moviename# online") Based on my other movie sites, I will stay in this position for a very long time. Upwards of one year or more, easily. (most likely forever though) Although once a movie releases, the competition is pretty much gone. (in terms of others creating new sites) The idea is to create a site BEFORE the movie releases.

Some of you may be asking - Why is this site worth so much? Simple - it's because I've gained the No. 1 position on google for both this site and domain. I may only get 250-300 visitors a day right now, but only release day of Iron Man 2, that number will skyrocket to 5,000 in one day. In the past, I've made over $350 in one single day from CPA surveys, on release dates from other movie sites.

After release day, the traffic keeps rolling in. Typically, I see around 400-800 visitors a day after release, which results in around $25-$150 a day. This goes on for several months. After about a year, my sites drop down to about $15-$25 a day.

The earning screen shots from below after from the date range of Jan 1 2009 until Feb 21 2010. (today) However, during this time, I only put up CPA surveys during the months of December 09 and January 2010. I tried PerfectTracking one month, and moved to CPALead the next month.

I realize that I'm going to get a lot of trolls coming in here, scrutinizing this post, and claiming that I'm a fake. Say what you want - but at the end of the day, I'm the one who is pulling in $500-800 per day, not you. (from multiple sites )

Google takes forever to update their backlinks. (and so does the DP auction system, which I believe simply pulls the Google info)

Sure it will. Do you have any movie sites? Do you have any movie sites with a No.1 Google position for their primary keyword(s)?

If you do, you'd know that traffic continues to roll in even a year after the movie is released. But yes, the majority of the money is made within a 2 month time period both before AND after the movie release.

I project this site to make around $8k or so within that 4 month period. Please take note, I'm not some 13 year old from Sri Lanka, this is the real deal.
