    Aren't you violating their trademark by using Wordpress? Anyway, I think it would be only worth reg price.

    Thanks for your comment. Should I contact Wordpress to verify if I am violating their trademark? Or there are other ways? I also found sites, like wordpressbox.com which has got a huge collection of free wordpress themes and is not own by Wordpress... I guess...

    I wouldn't touch it personally due to the TM, however even without it I can't see it having any value undeveloped (and also being quite difficult to develop with that keyword combo

    It's never good to have TM domain name...You will be better with something on your own...
