    Well Withdrawals to Credit card were not affected....I get My money regularity without any difficulty.
    Only banks are making a problem

    really a bad title .. you need to edit it..just go to edit and advance option. You can edit that thread from there.

    Paypal to CC working from 2003 ( since PayPal allowed IndianMarket ) Lolz

    Only suspended is Bank ( and To From Personal Transcation) :p

    Hi guys, now I am trying this with my HDFC VCC.

    I will update how its going.

    Since VCC expires in 48 hours, I hope I can get money from PayPal in 48 hours.

    I believe if I am able to withdraw money from PayPal to my VCC, it will be credited to my Savings Account.
