What according to you if 10-20 blogger write same blog? I guess this will bring heavy traffic to the blog within one or two months. What do you think? If the moral works out then why not many blogger write same blog and share the revenue.This would be better than working alone like a fool alone on his own blog. Also to be not cheated in the process,every one should make an agreement that - The domain name will be owned by members. The revenue that comes will be shared by the members. each one have equal rights on the blog. What is your opinion on this?
Will be great, but then they will start to separate. Because sooner or later there will be conflicts. One will not agree with another and then off they go.
I agree, but execution would be tricky. People are either greedy or not trusting nowadays hence finding a middle ground that works for everyone involved would be tricky. Getting everyone to be fully involved could be even trickier. Imagine you start busting your butt off and after a few days you notice that some others who get same revenue only invest a little bit of time into the project...

It is easier said than done. More the number of people, more chances would be there of a clash in opinion. It would be difficult to manage common resources.
The deciding factor is the quality of the articles to which other websites would like to link. People visit a site and return to it if they get valuable information from the site.
If done perfectly, the blog will expand and can cover a wider array of topics. But such partnerships have their problems too- especially when everybody does not contribute equally but earn the same revenue.
A good way to use 5 bloggers on a blog would be for each blogger to write niche within a niche. Let's say it's a car blog. Blogger one writes about engines and parts. Blogger two writes about sports cars. Blogger three writes about racecars and their drivers etc. Using the 5 bloggers on the same would make it successful. Website anylitics would determine the revenue split whereby each writer would be rewarded based on page views etc.
To tackle this kind of issue,I have following solution - The total amount will not be divided amongst the total number users instead it will be divided by % of contribution by each user, by this way the guy who works hard he will get more.
