Guys if you are okay with Vista hosting panel you may try this - http://000a.biz One of my blogs is hosted there. No issues yet, No approval queue too. But always be checking as its free. I didn't have any problem yet. and they seems 100% uptime too. I don't know whats their benefit giving it for free. By the way use gmail only.. PHP SQL enabled!
Yes they seem to have a problem with sending welcome emails, all though your account was surely created, you can go to their control panel login screen and click Forgot Password and follow the steps there and they'll email you the control panel logins.
i even try this, but its ask for username and email address, I dont know whats the username when i try to apply again, its shows my website already in there database
Thats the tricky part, after you fill in their registration form, on the next page it says what your username is... you write it down and then you can retrieve your password. But if you already registered there with your domain name you can't register another account with the same domain name, so I guess your only option left is to contact their support and ask them for your username or ask themt o re-send you the welcome email. its same like byethost, i never vote in favor of byethost, please any experience person reply who is using free hosting
Here are some good free hosts which support database, but not sendmail: www.webhostlist.in/plans/free . Out of these I'd recommend Freehostia, Awardspace.
