Selling Mobile Phones Tech Blog - Unique Content - Traffic - 2+ Years Old

I have for sale an established mobile phones tech blog. It has unique content and is around 2.5 years old. It's traffic has been increasing especially in last couple months since it has #1 position in Google for a few keywords, expecting to be over 3000 uniques this month. Main source of income has been through ad sales with one advertiser for over two years. This site has huge potential and I just don't have the time for it that it needs.

The site has ebay auctions but I haven't tracked the sales from it and recently added an amazon widget. I've added an amazon store plugin if may want to add or replace with amazon products. Google analytics was recently added so the screenshot shows a 10-day period.

Most of the traffic is search engine (google) and a high percentage is from India. They are targeted though since they are searching for info about mobile phones and by the constant emails I get an emerging hungry market. Therefore, could be lucrative for someone who can tap this market. And with more link building, promoting and adding content regularly could also increase traffic from US & other places.

It is mainly only one advertisement that has to stay until middle of March so isn't anything significant and would discuss the details with the buyer. Thanks for the offer but am looking for higher.

2.5 years old and you have only just added Google analytics and there is no PR? Really? Can you explain these 2 points? Also can you PM me please so i can view google analytics , I will give you my address to add.

 

Google analytics was only recently added to confirm stats because I was planning to sell the site. I otherwise was using awstats & statcounter. As for pr, google assigns this which no one has control over. I'm not selling this site based on any pr and you don't need pr for serps position.
