if it worth to share, I've embed my blog to a facebook apps so people can see and event comment my latest post directly from facebook. From then on, many people come to my blog from this apps (apprx 23% of my total monthly visitors). So in my opinion, Facebook just a warm up place for your landing pages. Honestly I've never see someone who can market their online product directly on FB. They just make Fan pages, share news, trends, and offer. And then traffic from FB visit their landing pages for final execution .
Thanks man.. I think you are right. Still nobody shared some information regarding making money directly from FB. All are talking about apps and fanpages. I too believe that these stuff can bring traffic alone..
in a particular matter I think myself wrong, actually . If you really want to make money directly from Facebook, you must build a great apps. Kinds like Zynga poker or Ninja Saga or anything similar. Since you can put ads on your apps and also sell something directly to user. Some of my friends willing to spent decent number of money just to get virtual chips, and sometimes I'm willing to cut my sleep time to take their money
yes youtube and facebook can be great ways to market your website and gain a crowd. people of all niches have followers using free sources. these days almost anyone can be seen and heard. it's no longer a secret how to expand on the world wide web

FB has been utmost helpful for me, I have built around 3 Fanpages and 2group all with 2k+ members, and just send them 1 group mail about my site and it works wonders Just don't overdo it
they just offering something not applicable. Facebook hates advertise because they have already done it for their life. We as user should using the site as social media, to socialize

The ways to make money through facebook are through the apps, fan pages, groups, walls, news feeds and ads. When you make an app, you can put your affiliate link in there as a banner. now to get people to use the app, you can make a fan page and advertise the app through the fan page updates. You can also advertise the app by making a group and asking everyone to invite their friends to it. Then put a link to your app in the group. The app can post stories to people's walls and news feeds. You can also use ads to bring people to your fan pages, groups and apps. Well fan pages you cna create the many out there like those viral fan pages ith millions of fans and advertise links or CPA offers on it. and also although this is against fb TOS some people sell them from what I read somewhere it cost about .10 per member. Pretty good money if you ask me times .10 by 50000 but I don't deal with selling fan page so I sell fans. Going to write an book shortly about how I do it hopefully it'll sell from what I know I doubt many know about it yet.

Guys, seeing this thread a few guys had contacted me telling they will give support (paid) for making customized fanpages to promote affiliate products. Will it work. And I have only affiliation with clickbank and there am not an expert. I don't know how to carry out this. Any suggestions? thanks.
