I have a paypal account and without verification it has around $600 sending limit but i don't have any money in it yet. When i tried to test payment virtually and place an order at some site that accept paypal, after adding items to shopping cart, it redirect me to paypal and then paypal ask me to login using my e-mail and password, now after loggin in, it ask me to link a credit card to be able to make the payment. my question is: If i have enough money inside my paypal account for the purchase/order, will it let me complete the payment without veirifying my paypal account? since my sending limit is more than enough for me at the moment (and i thought i don't need verification and i can use it normally). or is it just because i don't have the paypal e-mail address of the money reciever so i can pay to him directly from within my account and it's only because i'm ordering via shopping cart i have to link a credit card anyway? I hope you got my point as i'm new to paypal. your input is much appreciated Thank you
Dear, your are telling that then how can you pay the merchant, that's why they are asking for credit card.If you have money in your account then there is no need to link the credit card!!!
I think only verified accounts can pay using cart or else it wont work. I'm not sure though it was long ago I think I faced similar problem and I had to verify to order from cart.
I hope it can process payments without verification in case of shopping cart, but i guess it's not the case. maybe it should work unverified as long i have some funds inside and use direct sending/deposit using reciever's e-mail directly?
