Selling #2 Google Ranking for Forum Poster Site With Income $

I'm selling my site http://bit.ly/cpeyWF that is ranked #2 in the big G, this site is on complete autopilot, and makes $18 a month (average calculated over 12 month period) and it is for sale. Please check the revenue proof attached. There hasn't been any sales in 2010 so far, because I forgot to change the deadline date of the sale and for two weeks I tried the an affiliate program.

Half of the refunds were due to non receipt of the download. I had it setup with Paydotcom.com and if you ever been a vendor there you know they have had some problems with delivery. So if you can deliver it without the issue above you'll retain even more $$$.

I'm doing free push to namecheap at this time only. You get software to resell as well.

If you check at the bottom I have put a limited time offer of February 28, 2010, I forgot to change this for two months, so I think that they were hesitant to buy if when it showed offer ends December 31st, 2009 as they didn't know what exact price they'd be buying it at. Does that clarify it a bit?

Then like I said I tried an affiliate program on plimus, but it didn't work out so with the current sales page and selling it myself it has far much greater success. Hope that clears it up.

 

Is software branded to Forumposterpro.org?

 

It is branded for Forum Poster Pro, it doesn't have the .org in it if thats what you're asking. It does have two text links on the software at the bottom though which you can see here.

Hi, I don't want to give anyway too much info, it is reserved for the buyer should they want it. There is no demo of the software, only full version.

Everything is legitimate, there's nothing sketchy about it. If you have any more specific doubts I can address them.

The big doubt is if you have the legal right to resell this software. The buyer could be buying themself a big lawsuit if youre pirate the software. I can't evaluate that risk based on the info here.

 

Although I had personal resell rights to sell this software, I didn't have master resell rights a day ago, but now I have the Master Resale Rights directly from the developer which means I can pass on the right for you to sell it as well, so that is taken care of.

I've also updated the site with a new header and footer, fonts, and enhanced it. Bid or BIN with confidence.

1. Also I'm passing resell rights with the site of course but if you want master resale rights.it's $20 more on top of the winning bid.
With master resale rights you can jack up the price because not only will your buyers get the software, but now THEY will also be able to resell it, which is pretty exciting for a buyer and they're willing to pay more for it.

2. If you want total control then you can get master resale rights and rebranding rights from the developer for $37. This gives you many options like integrating a banner with your affiliate link in the software, two text links at the bottom, and the ability to communicate with your purchasers live to push any clickbank product for example. With the rebrander you can also skin it among other options. I will pass the info where they can purchase this.

Having said all that the real value here is that the site is already established in ranks and make sales on autopilot.
