Selling PR1 Gadgets Blog earned $50 last month

    I am selling my gadgets blog www.gadgetsgrid.com . I got paid last month about $50 for paid reviews from this blog. The site gets around 400-600 UV's per month. (check stats)

    It also has got one permanent backlink from PR3 blog and one permanent backlink from PR1 blog. Traffic stats are attached below. Just consider how much would you have paid for permanent dofollow PR3 and PR1 backlinks from active blogs.

    I get the contents from other blogs. Rewrite them and link them to the original author in the post end.

    The last two links must remain for lifetime. The third one is yearly starting from 1st feb 2010 and the rest you can remove if you won the site. The only think I ask from the winner of this auction is not to remove these links please as their owner paid for those links.

    what if the buyer removes the links?

    I am interested in the site, but I dont want it to be a link farm.

    and why are you selling it for 1.5x monthly revenue.
