Buying Javascript coding needed

I am looking for a "content-locker" sort of piece of code which does the following:
1. When a visitor visits the webpage, it locks the content of the website like this:http://akshayjain.org/image/4vns16.png .
2. I should have the ability to add whatever html code I want in the above dialogue box (including pictures, urls etc etc).
2. There should be a close button on the right hand side so that the visitor can click and get the content unlocked if he/she doesnt wish to do any offers mentioned in that dialogue box.

why not just register to cpaleads? They have something just like this is there ad network.
