I've recently been a victim of Identity Theft! Help

    I just found out that I've had my identity stolen and that my identity was actually used. I live in the United States. I don't know who I should report this to, where I should report it, etc. Can you give me some direction?

    Im not sure but I think you report it to the FBI if its in america

    Also, be sure to contact all 3 credit bureaus (transunion, equifax and experien) Put a fraud alert on your report and have a statement that no creditors should extend credit without contacting you first and leave your cell phone number. I think it is called a consumer statement on the credit report.
