Have problem with my DVD Room

    if you ever have a problem I faced? I do not know why the dvd room in my CPU sometimes can not be opened, sometimes even my DVD input is not read, do you know why this happened?

    Sounds like google translation to me.
    Try updating the firmware, make sure you have no spyware/ransomware that may be interfering with your system. Otherwise try putting your drive into another computer that is known to work and see if your DVD Rom drive works in that system. If it does, the drive is good and something is wrong with the system itself. If it doesnt work, the drive is faulty and you need a new one.

    Go to my computer, Manage option in list by clicking right mouse button, then search for the dvd rom, and try trouble shooting it first and update or roll back any recent driver, If no issue with these, then probably your dvd rom reached the time to sleep in cupboard or warehouse. I think if you have some hardware knowledge can just open the rom and check for rubber for drive moving cylinder and pull and push driven by motor inside the drive and check and make them comfortable in their position and clean the lens with lens cleaner. I hope , i have helped you a little.
