Here's a gift... Give me an appraisal and get a surprise

I have been using the keyword tool and found some good domains, I think.

The problem is that spending a bunch on domains I may never use is not my idea of fun.

So, the gift is all of these domains are available, the last I checked. Any ideas?

(All of these keyword-rich domains get at least 10,000 visitors a month except the 3d one)

    2010traveldeals.com
    2012playoffs.com
    buy3dcamcorder.com
    waterincalifornia.com
    cierabayliner.com

Anyone want to take bets how fast these are gone?

Second one has real potential, I did have a look round for London Games related domains 2 years ago, most are gone so I'd snap that one up if I were you!

Yeah but the olympics don't really have "play-offs" really.

Doesn't have to be the olympics.

10,000 visitors a month? I'm highly doubting that. Do you mean 10,000 results in Google?

    That's only 333 people a day.

Doesn't seem that far-fetched to me.

I'm doubting 10k per month in searches and I don't feel like checking. Google search is 17k.

Sure, 10,000 visitors if you're site is ranked #1. You may get on the first page with a keyword domain, but sites like the travel channel that hold #1 (for your first domain)... it will be very hard to beat. Also once more sports playoffs are active in 2012, big name sports sites are going to beat you in a heartbeat for your second domain.

I just did a check for the first domain.

It looks like it would be pretty easy to rank top 5 in Google since all the results are deep-links. Plus, you know they are all new since the year just started.

With a spot-on domain name, ranking (with a little SEO) would only take development time.

I've done it before so don't see why these domain names would be any different.
