    you should transcribe your videos giving them captions, google can then index them.

    That is pretty much all you can do to optimize a video at this time. There are some rumors coming out of Google that they will at some point be able to interpret what your video is about. For now kind of limited to titles and descriptions. After that submit to as many video directories as you can find.
