Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Any good news for withdrawal to banks directly

 

Got some good news from my internal connections at Paypal India.

There was some documentation issues between PP & RBI. PP has submitted all the docs to RBI. Waiting for Green Signal from them to restart the normal process. the PP guy informed me that there will be a positive announcement from them any time in next 2 - 3 days..

But.. still he cannot confirm because the decision will be taken on very high level.. the outcome looks positive as of now..

Keeping my fingers crossed..

Not possible.. When was the last time she made a check withdrawal? ask her.. Now the checks are issued in INR and take only a couple of days to clear.. 45 days is out of question.. Please confirm such things and then post.. this tends to scare people unnecessarily among already existing frustration... I made a check withdrawal and it was issued within 48 hrs.

 

That means you cannot encash it over the counter.. You can deposit it in your account and wait for it to clear just like normal.

 

Well if check comes through USA bank and in dollars it takes time I also remember one of my check take about 45 days to clear in SBI

 

Exactly.. that persons friend must have made check withdrawal ages ago...

 

People are saying paypal cheque is in INR only

 

This is completely false and I got the cheque in 9 days in INR and it is already cleared. You check my details about everything here

 

only if cheque is in USD it will take upto 45 days

 

Is PP to Creditcard working now? i did a small amount to test on 17th night, still saying pending, any ideas, weather PP to CC working or not...

Previously i did a check withdrawal, one year back i suppose.
It took 15 days apprx to reach me and 20 days for the clearance...
Don't know how many days this gonna take...
But credit card holders can withdraw to their bank as some one here is saying.. i am not sure though, i read some where here not sure where it is posted. Is this right?

I have received cheques in the past. Its a local cheque payable at par and clears within 2 days just like other local cheques.
