I am confused that like articlebase.com directories provide nofollow backlink, but why people interested to submit article to those directories?

So can we get link juice by submitting nofollow article directories? Please clear my doubt.

It will help more in terms of traffic that "link juice", and Base does provide good traffic, but I submit more to other places because of this. The instant traffic is good, but I want the long term link benefit over many articles and sites to boost myself in Google more.

The traffic sources are different. Most people submit to a few article directories to widen out the reader base.

Any "nofollow" link is useless to google. So in that respect,
any "nofollow" link would be useless for SEO.

Sometimes people confuse SEO with traffic.

A high-profile "nofollow" link will generate as much traffic
off the site as a high-profile non "nofollow" link, click traffic
that is, and all other things being equal.

The link juice only does not contribute to the success of a website. The thing which matter is relevant traffic.
Articlebase.com provide no follow links which are useless and do not contribute anything to SEO.But,this site could drive huge amount of traffic to a website.

Dofollow article directories are best in seo, you can get benefits from nofollow directories in marketing purpose but seo purpose nofollow links are useless.
