I have seen below requirements in the two SEO freelance projects. How can SEO guy Achieve below requirements.What are the methods should use to achieve this. Is this easy task? 1. Links must NOT be paid links / rented links; all links MUST be permenant and require no maintenance 2. Links MUST NOT expire within 6 months of end date of project 3. No link must be more than two pages deep into the linking site from its Home Page 4. No links from article directories, link farms, classifieds (free ads) or social bookmarking sites 5. Link must NOT have 'nofollow' set in anchor text 6. ALL 40 link pages MUST have a Google page rank of 4 or higher 7. All 40 links must be from UNIQUE domains with unique IP addresses 8. All sites must relate to gardening, plants, horticulture or fruit trees 9. Only White Hat strategies can be used 10. Links must be one way (not reciprocal) from established, good quality sites (PR4+ only) 11. Links must be submitted manualy i.e. not using automatic software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis, or similar) 12. The link page MUST NOT have more than 10 other outgoing links on it 13. No links from frame, iframe, java script, hidden text or flash sites 14. No links must be on pages that are excluded by robots.txt 15. No sites banned by Google. No fake PR. (these will be checked) 16. The site must be indexed by Google, Bing, and Yahoo and be crawled on a regular basis 17. English language web sites only, preferably CO.UK sites 18. Links must look natural, i.e. they should NOT all be built on the same day 19. Anchor text surrounding each link will vary. You will create the variations as you see fit / as best fits the site you are linking from. Yes such SEO jobs are available in many freelancer sites.This indicates that you must try to get link by contacting the site owner to add link in the homepage.
It is very difficult to get and satisfy links that are satisfying the conditions given. You need to find website owners who are willing to put one way links (since they are saying as per rule no reciprocals and no paid links), then it is very very difficult, I believe their budget for this has to be high enough. Because the seo person will need to find suitable blogs or websites and then contact them to ask if they would do one way linking. That could be too much to ask for, as different from reciprocal linking.
4. No links from article directories, link farms, classifieds (free ads) or social bookmarking sites i don't understand this point and SEO person can't do this so how can he optimize site.
I also surprised by this, Is this mean SEO guys should fight without any weapon in there hand, and Article directories and social bookmarking are one of the most effective tools for SEOs.
