guys... Today my friend visited to his CA for tax related queries. He told to his CA about the Paypal related problem. Then CA replied him that Paypal is in under register process with RBI and this process may take 1-2 months. One of CA's friend is a RBI employees. Hope the registration process will come fast and we will start to receive money very soon.
dude... i am not sure that it take 1-2 months but we can't say anything about Indian government policies. We all know how our government employees work.

yeah..its gonna take one-two months for sure.. That's why they are starting wire transfer as a backup plan..
my friend has been made a call. But in Paypal, only robots give the answer. And in government offices, no one is ready to pick the phone. Actually they are tired as they do great job.
what he told you is same paypal has officially told us. It will take 2 months to resolve the personal payments on money transfers. There is nothing new in this. As with bank withdrawals, it should start soon.

There is a clear distinction between payment processor and money transfer agent. Paypal is payment processor first, for commercial payments. Since they have blocked personal payments (money transfer thing) they may need to register with less formalities to start bank withdrawals. That is why they clearly said that because of RBI, personal payments will start after 2 months. Atleast thats what i think! This year 2010 has been a bad year for us and even paypal takes 2 months, what can we do? We can do nothing, just wait and watch. We are powerless.
